How the process runs
With Cargo every stage is on us. With Freight the customs stage sits with you or your broker.

Request and documents
You send the shipment details with your request. We work out which documents are needed for those goods and tell you.

Collection and checks
The goods are collected from the supplier, measured, the documents checked and the final price confirmed.

Transport
The goods travel to Azerbaijan at the shipping speed you chose.

Customs clearance
On Cargo we clear customs ourselves; you see one final amount.

Handover
The cleared goods are handed over to you at our warehouse in Azerbaijan.
Is customs clearance included in the price?
With “Freight + Customs (Cargo)” it is — a single rate covers transport and customs. With “Freight” customs clearance is handled by you or your broker and is not part of the rate.
We have our own customs broker. Can we order transport only?
Yes. Pick the “Freight” service: we collect the goods from the supplier and deliver them to Azerbaijan, and your broker clears customs.
Which documents are needed for customs?
That depends on the type of goods and the terms of the shipment. Once you send a request we will tell you the exact list for your cargo.
Which countries is customs clearance available for?
Both service types are available on the China, Türkiye, USA lanes. For other countries the terms are agreed on request.
How are goods with special terms cleared?
For products with batteries, liquids and gels, and goods needing an extra inspection, the terms and price are set individually. Flag such goods on the request in advance.
Is your cargo somewhere else?
Lanes beyond China, Türkiye and the USA are arranged on request. Tell us about the shipment — we will prepare a quote.
